15th International Humority Hall Of Limeira 2019 Brazil

Dear friends and artists, we are once again honored to announce, on World Designer Day, the fifteenth edition of our esteemed event. This year we have some minor modifications to our regulations exclusively to facilitate the participation and improve the awards, although it is little, very little.

By undertaking under a necessary artistic perspective, we are obliged to observe the pretensions and wishes of those who like to express their ideas in a paper, or at least it has already been. This is one of our most incisive flags, which is the value of drawing made on paper, for several reasons. Therefore, in order to encourage this traditional proposal, using the modern means of communication, we can come up with a good idea (at least we believe) that does not compromise the works and originals without the commitment of a good publicity in diverse physical expositions in Limeira, in our blog, Prizes in cash and Trophies, Certificates, Honorable Mentions, besides all that honor us with the sharing of our proposal, etc. And we are grateful to everyone for this. We believe that we are promoting Art not only for today, but also for tomorrow.

During these fifteen years I realized that the artistic participation did not increase, there was no incentive to the artistic milieu of our society, I believe that more Halls of Humor are extinguished, than those that come now, yes this way here, this way, you know, the way everyone knows it here.

It is a sad reality not only in Art but in almost every social aspect of our country. We also realize that it is not worth just pointing and complaining, we have to do our part. That is, small gestures that promote big business for everyone in general, and that is how we achieve our own improvement.

This year we have a Judging Commission of great Artists who are already part of our lives, and have already contributed a lot to our ideals, and we have always had the blessing of being successful in this exchange of productive and enriching actions for many.

The talented Bap, who made the poster last year and has contributed greatly with his precious support, our President of Honor in this year of 2019, and also as a jury, who in addition collaborated with the finalization of the new regulation. What a nice guy this guy is Eduardo Baptistão !!!

Jal has collaborated a lot with our work in different ways, at different times, and I am very grateful to him for everything. We have once again the great honor of having you on our Judging Commission.

Fernandes Artist, Master and dear friend, made the wonderful poster of our seventh event, and also participated in various forms, not only in the Limeira Humor Hall, but also in the late Jornal O PIU. We also once again have the great honor of having Master Fernandes on our Judging Committee.

Our gratitude to these great Masters is enormous, so is our pay, and this infinite treasure only increases and strengthens over time.

Among many things to say, I believe I have already been able to say the most necessary.

Happy Designer Day to all true artists, who in addition to talent, know how to evolve, with education and respect, contributing with everyone.

I would like to thank once again the partnership of the Municipality of Limeira, represented by the Municipal Secretary of Culture of Limeira, and our dear friend Farid Zaine, Municipal Secretary of Culture, who for one more year praises us with his support.

A big thank you to Tutti (Martinho Collin Olivatto) for all these years of support and to Paulinho Meyer, to my Beloved Sons, to my beloved Parents, to my friends and to all the artists that made this dream so long-lived reality. Thank you all.

All freehand artists are invited to participate, with free themes. Registration is free. Participants must register with works of their own, from A4 (21 x 29.7cm) to A3 (29.7 x 42cm), closing the entries on June 30, 2019. All works must be ORIGINAL and UNEDITED (Works not awarded at other events until registration date). If the rules are not respected the designs can not be selected and awarded.

The works must be sent in JPEG in the minimum size A4 to A3, with 300dpi.

AWARDS

For the winners in each of the 4 (four) Categories proposed - Caricature, Cartoon, Charge and Comics - we will have prizes worth R $ 300.00 (three hundred reais), with bank deposit or shipment abroad, Certificates and Trophies, which will be sent by mail, plus 10 (ten) Honorable Mentions that will be sent by email, to the artists selected by our Judging Commission.

+ "TRADITION" Prize for the best original work on paper, encouraging the creation and traditional participation, in the amount of R $ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais), with bank deposit or shipment abroad, Certificate and Trophy, which will be sent by post office.

OBS: The works sent in this category should highlight in the body of the email the registration TRADITION for the identification of the same. The selected artists will be notified by our Organizing Committee starting July 15, so that the works can then be sent by mail and be in the hands of the Organizing Committee until August 15, 2019.

"REVELATION" Prize, for artists up to 21 years, for the best original work on paper, encouraging the creation and traditional participation, in the amount of R $ 500.00 (five hundred reais), with bank deposit or remittance abroad, Certificate and Trophy, which will be mailed.

NOTE: The works sent in this category should highlight in the body of the email the registration DISCLOSURE for the identification of the same. The selected artists will be notified by our Organizing Committee starting July 15, so that the works can then be sent by mail and be in the hands of the Organizing Committee until August 15, 2019.

The selected and awarded will be announced in September 2019 announced on our blog.

EXHIBITION

The selected works will be exhibited from September 23 to October 7, 2019, in Palacete Levy, headquarters of the Municipal Secretary of Culture of Limeira, and the permanent virtual exhibition on the blog of "Editora O PIU" - http: //jornalopiu.blogspot .com / - in addition to the exhibition promoted by the Municipal Secretary of Culture of Limeira in prominent places in the city of Limeira.

All entries will be considered acquisitive by "Editora O PIU". Ownership, use and any other rights over these works will belong to "Editora O PIU", which reserves the right to make of them the use that it deems appropriate. The simple registration automatically sets the participant's full agreement with this Regulation.
