WGD 2019- Cartoon Contest-india
As part of WGD 2019 we intend to have GLOBAL CARTOON CONTEST.
Goan in any part of the world irrespective of age and gender can upload their work till 30th June 2019.
They have to give their name and residential location ( not address, just to unable us to know source of entry)
the theme is 'Goa'
it can be any aspect socio-cultural, political, historical.
It could also be caricature of any Goan personality living or dead. posts can be uploaded on the WGD.
