Deadline for sending artworks:

5 August 2020

(before 12 midnight)

Conditions:

Only African nationals

and Iranian

can contest in this festival;

Each

cartoonist

can send maximum 3 artworks

;

Artworks should be in A4 size and sent in JPEG format with 300DPI

resolution;

-

Form of entry should be completed for each artwork

;

-

The artworks has not been sent in any other festival or printed before;

-

Any tech

nics and methods can be used;

-

Artworks should follow copy right regulations;

-

By sending the artwork, the cartoonist guarantee that he/she is creator of the

artworks and give permission to the organizer to publish the artworks

anywhere it deems necessary fr

eely.

Jury:

The best artworks will be selected in two parts; by public votes and

jury.

The public vote will be held on

17 August 2020
