هدف از برگزاری مراسم :
ترویج جامعه ارمنی در رومانیدر مقیاس ملی، از طریق هنر و در عین حال ادای احترام به گرافیست و کاریکاتوریست بزرگ رومانیایی ارمنی الاصل، هاجیک (چیک) دامادیان.
موضوع : ارامنه از آرارات تا کارپات
شرکت برای تمامی هنرمندان از سراسر جهان فارغ از ملیت و جنسیت آزاد است . شرکت کنندگان باید بالای 18 سال سن داشته باشند .
جشنواره در 2 بخش اجرا خواهد شد :
بخش کاریکاتور
بخش سخنان خنده دار و طنز
بخش کاریکاتور :
حداکثر تعداد ارسال اثار برای هر هنرمند 3 اثر می باشد .
اثار نباید قبلا منتشر و یا جایزه برده باشند .
