22nd International Comics and Cartoon Festival- Kosovo 2025

The Kosovar Comics and Cartoon Artists Association “Xhennet Comics” is pleased to announce the 22nd edition of the International Comics and Cartoon Festival Competition, taking place in October 2025 in the city of Prizren, Kosovo, under the main theme:

“The Ninth Art , In the Line of the Pencil and Artistic Intelligence”.

Festival Themes:

Theme 1: The Ninth Art, In the Line of the Pencil and Artistic Intelligence.

Theme 2: Free Theme.

Who Can Participate?

The competition is open to all artists worldwide, regardless of gender, age, nationality, or profession.

Participation Guidelines:

– Each participant may submit 1 to 3 artworks (comics or caricatures).

– Submissions may be individual or collaborative.

– If sent via email, artworks must be in minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

– Along with the caricature photos, should also be sent: A short biography – One photo Contact details – In all caricatures should be signed with artist name.

Submissions missing any of the above elements will not be considered valid.

Deadline:

All entries must be received by September 30, 2025.

Jury:

The jury panel will consist of renowned international artists who will review and select the works online no later than October 9, 2025.

Festival Venue and Date:

The festival will be held on October, 2025 in Prizren, Kosova.
