International Cartoon Festival -Kindness- Razavi -Iran 2023

Theme : kindness

Kindness is a type of behavior marked by acts of generosity, consideration, rendering assistance or concern for others, without expecting praise or reward in return.

Conditions:

Participation in the festival is free for all artists and enthusiasts and it means accepting the criteria and decision of the jury.

The artists are responsible for the originality of their works.

The technique and method of creating works is free.

Each artist can submit unlimited works.

Submitted works should not have been awarded in another festivals.

Submitted works must be at least  A4  in size and JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi.

The secretariat of the festival will hold workshops with the aim of improving the quality of the works of artists from different regions of Iran. The place and time of the workshops will be announced later.

Prizes:

First winner: Cultural and artistic souvenir (soghat), certificate of appreciation, festival statue, 500 USD cash prize.

Second winner: cultural and artistic souvenir, certificate of appreciation, 375 USD cash prize.

Third winner: cultural and artistic souvenir, certificate of appreciation, 250 USD cash prize.
