• Dates of the Competition.

Acceptance of works until December 15, 2024, summing up December 28, 2024.

• Procedure for holding the Competition:

- The number of drawings accepted for consideration from one participant is not limited.

- The winners of the competition will be awarded honorary diplomas.

- Special art prizes from the museum of caricatures of the Cramberry club.

• Specifications:

- The format of works submitted for the competition is A4.

- The drawing technique is free.

- Collages and computer graphics are accepted.

- A letter sent to the address: n-chern@bk.ru and containing a competition drawing is an application for participation in the Competition.

- The competition drawing is submitted electronically in JPG format with a volume of no more than 3 MB, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Attention!

- Each drawing must be signed! (in the file indicate: last name, first name - country - category !!! = Nikolay Chernyshev - Russia - A).

- Each letter must be accompanied by brief information about the author of the competition drawing: first and last name, age of the participant, telephone, postal and electronic (contact) address, photo (caricature), short resume of the author.

• Work evaluation criteria:

- correspondence to the topic, originality of approach to the topic, creative individuality, performance technique.

• Conditions for participation in the Competition:

- Copyright infringement is not permitted.

- Correspondence with the authors is conducted at the address: n-chern@bk.ru

- In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions of the competition, the cartoons are removed from the competition without explanation.

- Caricatures of participants can be used by the organizers of the competition for exhibitions, publications in the media, popularization of caricature competitions, website.

- Submission by authors of their works to participate in the competition constitutes the author’s agreement with these terms and conditions.

- The decision on the caricature rests with the jury.

- Several exhibitions are planned in Russian cities: Ozersk, Snezhinsk, Perm, Kazan.
