Registration and Membership for Cartoonists and Caricaturists in COGV

Registration and membership in the Cartoonists of the Global Village Foundation (COGV) has officially started

This foundation, with the motto: “In favor of the world, in favor of cartoons,” is going to be a collective of cartoonists and caricaturists from around the globe.

For transparency, forthright, truth, and ultimately, peace.

Decisions on the foundation will be made based on the opinions of the Policy Council and the votes of all its members.

In its initial phase, the Policy Council has decided—with majority agreement—to review the results of all cartoon and caricature festivals held since the beginning of 2025. These results will be got to a public vote by all COGV members. Final evaluations and ratings of the festivals will be determined by the collective vote of all members.
