Call of Kuleli Virtual Cartoon Exhibition Tukey 2025

In celebration of the 180th anniversary of the iconic Kuleli Military High School, the Kuleliler Association is organizing the 2nd International Kuleli Virtual Cartoon Exhibition, which brings together the power of visual satire and the timeless spirit of Kuleli.

A key highlight of the event is the diverse and esteemed international jury panel, carefully assembled to reflect both artistic excellence and global cultural perspectives, the jury includes prominent cartoonists and art professionals from Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring a rich and fair evaluation of submissions from around the world.

The Jury

International Jury Panel:

🇹🇷 M. Saim Bilge (Turkey) – A seasoned cartoonist known for his sharp humor and visual commentary.
