35th Sejong International Cartoon Contest -SICACO- Korea 2025

Eligibility:

-Anyone interested in cartoons from around the world (all ages).

-Up to 3 works can be submitted per person (Joint submissions available, lead artist must be indicated).

Submission Format:

– JPG format, 300 dpi or higher.

– Hand-drawn or digital works accepted.

– File name: title of the work.

– Submit by Post or Email.

– Awards:

– Grand Prize:   -$1,500 + – Certificate of award

– Gold Prize :  – $1,000 + Certificate of award  .

– Silver Prize :  – $750 +  Certificate of award  .

– Bronze Prize : (2): -$500 each +Certificate of award  .

-Honorable Mentions : Multiple winners, Certificate of Award

– Jury:

A panel of up to 5 cartoon experts will review all submissions in two rounds:

– Preliminary screening to select the top 20%.

– Final review based on creativity, quality, theme relevance, and delivery.

– Winners will be announced in September 2025 via the website and email.
