11th International Cartoon Contest -Caminos de la Libertad- Mexico
Caricature is an act of provocation and critique, capable of defending freedom through humor.
"Caminos de la Libertad" invites reflection and discussion on the different aspects of freedom, encouraging thought around it and raising awareness among those who have not yet realized the value it holds in their lives.
Freedom is a fundamental human right; however, efforts to limit it have become systematic in the contemporary world.
There is no form of communication more direct and effective than caricature. Since its origins, it has been a tool for criticism and analysis of the reality of our world.
In the pursuit of fostering debate around freedom, Grupo Salinas announces this caricature contest.
