Winners of the 17th International Tourism Cartoon Contest in Turkey

The organizers of the International Tourism Cartoon Competition have officially announced the winners of the 17th edition, celebrating outstanding cartoonists from around the world under the inspiring theme: "Şanlıurfa: A Century in Every Step, A Secret in Every Century".

The competition attracted 570 cartoon submissions created by 337 artists from 48 countries, the international jury selected the winning works in both the Adult and Youth categories:

Adult Category Winners:

First Prize: Hamid Ghalujari -  Iran

Second Prize: Oleksiy Kustovsky -  Ukraine

Third Prize: Nahid Maghsoudi -  Iran

Prof. Atila Özer Special Award: Ali Rastroo - Iran

Jury Special Award: Sadik Pala -  Turkey

Youth Category Winners:

First Prize: Elif Kıyak - Turkey

Second Prize: Oguz Dogan - Turkey

Third Prize: Defne Demirci - Turkey

The Award Ceremony will be held during Autumn 2026 in Şanlıurfa, Türkiye, bringing together artists and cultural representatives to celebrate the role of cartoon art in promoting tourism and cultural heritage.
